Améliorations Process
• BUG = Lorsqu’un utilisateur lance une conso et un autre utilisateur essaye de sauvegarder une écriture manuelle, la conso bloque à 99% avec un message d’erreur
• BUG 2 = La barre de progression de l’écriture reste bloquée (le temps d’exécution de la conso), puis un message d’erreur remonte à la fin de la conso
Améliorations Fonctionnelles
• Nouvelle fonctionnalité – Rajout du bouton entité sur les dimensions secondaires : Nous avons ajouté une nouvelle colonne sur toutes les dimensions secondaires qui permet de faire des filtres sur l’axe entité, cette colonne est affectée par défaut sur toutes les entités
• Optimisation de la procédure de la préconsolidation : la Procédure de préconsolidation a été optimisée
• Optimisation de l’impression : il est possible désormais d’imprimer un seul onglet dans la liasse & restitution
• Ouverture de plusieurs liasses sur des exercices différents : il est désormais possible d’ouvrir plusieurs liasses en même temps, sur plusieurs exercices de plusieurs entités
Info : Pour utiliser cette fonction, il est recommandé de passer par le bouton « modifier » pour ouvrir la liasse.

• Optimisation des temps d’extraction des états de restitution simple : Optimisation des temps d’extraction des états 11D. Et 13C. Exemple de la base C26

• Au niveau des états d’analyse, correction du bug d’affichage de l’état 340 en social
• Correction du bug d’affichage du bouton remplacer de la vue importateur
• Correction du bug de la table rubrique
• Correction du bug d’enregistrer sous d’une consolidation

You will find below the release note of the new version of Amelkis Opera (8.4.0.0): process improvements, functional, performance, ergonomics, some bugs fixed.
Process improvements
• BUG = When a user launches a conso and another user tries to save a manual entry, the conso blocks at 99% with an error message
• BUG 2 = The progress bar of the writing remains blocked (the time of execution of the conso), then an error message appears at the end of the conso
Functional improvements
• New feature: add entity button on secondary dimensions : We have added a new column on all secondary dimensions that allows to make filters on the entity axis, this column is assigned by default on all entities
• Optimization of the pre-consolidation procedure : The pre-consolidation procedure has been optimized
• Print optimization : It is now possible to print a single tab in the input packages & return
• Opening several input packages in different years : It is now possible to open several input packages at the same time, for several fiscal years of several entities
Info: To use this function, it is recommended to use the « edit » button to open the bundle
Performance improvements
• Optimization of the extraction time of simple restitution reports : Optimization of the extraction times of the 11D. And 13C. Example of the C26 database
• Optimization of the extraction time of multiple restitution states : Optimization of the extraction times of the 21A state
• Optimization of the extraction time of multiple restitution states : Optimization of the execution time of the consolidation bases (see page 15 of the attached PDF)
Ergonomic improvements

Fixed bugs
• In the import menu, correction of the entity filter when importing a multi-company file
